My Vizio smart Television has the Amazon Prime app already installed. I try to annals my tv on my estimator in guild to sentry Amazon videos. The reckoner shows that the registration worked, but I am unable to get the tv set to recognize that and let me play video. Netflix and other apps work fine. Aid!! What am I doing wrong?

I've been having the exact same issue with my D32h-F1 I purchased in June 2018. Vizio says the tv is working fine. Amazon says it's Vizio's trouble. Also, I've called Amazon and talked with a rep and been dumped off to Vizio tech back up which didn't know why Amazon sent me there.
Amazon Prime is the only service I utilise so I don't know if Netflix or Hulu work.
